Prof. Guangfeng Chen

Xi’an University, China

Professor (Third-Class), Ph.D., holds multiple academic appointments including Council Member of the Provincial Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics, Committee Member of the Provincial College Mathematics Teaching Committee, and Council Member of Xi’an Mathematical Society. Specializing in radar micro-motion signal processing and operator theory, he teaches core courses such as Mathematical AnalysisProbability and Statistics, and Complex Functions.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER 2

Prof. Mohamed-Slim Alouini

King Abdullah University of Science & Technology, Saudi Arabia

Design and Performance Analysis Of Diversity Combining Techniques; Mimo Techniques; Multi-Hop/Cooperative Communications Systems; Optical Wireless Communication Systems; Cognitive Radio Systems; Green Communication Systems and Networks. Mohamed-Slim Alouini was born in Tunis, Tunisia. He received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) in 1998. He served as a faculty member at the University of Minnesota then in the Texas A&M University at Qatar before joining in 2009 the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) where he is now the Al-Khawarizmi Distinguished Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Prof. Alouini is a Fellow of the IEEE and OPTICA (Formerly the Optical Society of America (OSA)). He is currently particularly interested in addressing the technical challenges associated with the uneven distribution, access to, and use ofinformation and communication technologies in rural, low-income, disaster, and/or hard-to-reach areas.

Prof. Aizaz U. Chaudhry

Carleton University, Canada

He was a Senior Research Associate with Carleton University till February 2023. He was an NSERC Postdoctoral Research Fellow with Communications Research Centre Canada till January 2018. His research work has been published in refereed venues, and has received several citations. He has authored or coauthored more than thirty-five publications. His research interests include the application of machine learning and optimization in wireless networks. Dr. Chaudhry is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, and a Member of IEEE ComSoc’s Technical Committee on Satellite and Space Communications.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER 4

Prof. Yongliang Feng

Xi’an University, China

Master’s Supervisor; Council Member of the Shaanxi Computer Education Society. Specializes in research on artificial intelligence and computer vision. Teaches the course Database Systems. Awarded First Prize in the University Teaching Innovation Competition. Led 1 university-level first-class course and participated in 1 provincial-level first-class course. Authored 2 textbooks as chief editor and 2 as associate editor, with one textbook receiving the Second Prize of Shaanxi Provincial Excellent Textbook Award. Led 2 provincial-level and 2 university-level teaching reform projects. Supervised students in 2 national-level and 3 provincial-level College Student Innovation Training Program projects, and guided teams to win 5 national and 15 provincial academic competition awards. Directed 4 provincial/ministerial-level research projects and 6 industry-sponsored projects. Published 29 academic papers, obtained 2 granted national invention patents, and registered 5 computer software copyrights.
